The "ketogenic diet" has traditionally been used for pediatric seizures and such. It's also low or no-carb.

This is not a low fat ice cream. In premium icecreams, such as Haagen-Dazs they use only 30% max. cream and low fat milk, while here they are using 100% cream.

Properly named it's gelatto because it is cooked over fire. Ice cream has a lot of air when they make it. This one does not.
