Your workplace is a sausage fest. Is that what you want ?

In high finance, medicine, law, and politics, women are not minorities.
I repeat, as evidenced by my xoxo friend here, women need to be taken off the minorities and diversity quotas. Women, as a group, are not a minority. You can shift diversity hire towards LGBT (I fully support LGBT efforts), race, but NOT women.

Let's hope any numskulls who come across this will finally open their eyes.

In just 8 years or so, you've turned a level-playing field into the sisterhood of horrors. Scary.
