Perhaps you have heard of the Holy Grail, the cup, stone dish, or chalice said to give eternal powers because Jesus and his disciples drank from it at the Last Supper.

” From the knights of medieval legends to Indiana Jones, the holy grail has been the most sought-after Christian relic in popular culture for centuries. The grail is most commonly identified as the cup that Jesus drank from at the Last Supper and that Joseph of Arimathea used to collect Jesus’s blood when he was crucified. Given the importance of Jesus’s crucifixion and the eucharist in Christian beliefs, the search for the grail became the holiest of quests as it signified the pursuit of union with God. ” -Mariel Synan, History.com

The Grail appears in many traditions, not just Christian, for example it is called the Cup of Jamshid in Persian mythology. It is “The Philosopher’s Stone” for some.

”  It’s depicted as the chalice of the Last Supper or of the Crucifixion or both, or as a stone containing the elixir of life, or even as the bloodline of Christ. ” (Leah Tether)

For me, however, it is no mystery.

It is strength without reaction.

Not reacting to superficial stimuli. It’s being deaf to the noise of the defeated people around you.

The mindset of the Champion.
That’s what the Holy Grail is, Leah.

Not a cup, or a chalice, or bloodline of any sort.

The currency of success in this idiots’ times that we live is energy. That same energy powers up defeat.

You have to be able to let non-sense glide, slide away from you. How much of the garbage you encountered today did you let in? How much it slided away from you?

You’re damn right I’m looking for the Holy Grail.

Unlike most people, I know where it is. Do you ?
