Now, what ? is maybe one of the most often asked questions around. In troubled times, how often do you ask it ?

But first, a puzzle: this comes adapted from Star Wars: Cloak of Deception (2001) by James Lucerno. Jedi Qui-Gon retells Obi-Wan this puzzle from his Master, Anoon Bondara. His answer at the end of the post.

A human, wrongly accused of a crime, was being transported by repulsorlift vehicle across the desert wastes of a remote world to a prison. The vehicle experienced a malfunction directly over a pit that was in fact the mouth of a monster. The escorts perish and the human was catapulted over the perch and was able to hand on to the vehicle’s landing strut, but not with his hands (shackled behind his back), but with his teeth.

Shortly a caravan of desperate travelers happened by. Lost and hungry, the travelers inquired about the whereabouts of the closest town or facility.

The human found himself in a quandary. By failing to respond, he understood that he might be sentencing the lost travelers to certain death in the sand wastes. But merely by opening his mouth and uttering a word, he’d sentence himself to certain death falling into the pit, the monster’s mouth.

Under such circumstances, what must the human do ?”

You answer this right, and you might yet become a Jedi. Or not.

Now, somebody sent me this LA Times article about Michael Avenatti, the famed attorney who’s under indictments on several charges. I am about as clueless as anyone can be. Wouldn’t want be in his shoes. Why do things keep falling all at the same time ? At times we get knocked over with thee daggers holding all-at-once. But if you read Star Wars, you’ll understand that people are best left chasing their own tails.

Quote of the day: “Generosity is perhaps the only virtue that none of us can resist, because we are dispossessed, regardless of our background.” -FD

Have you heard of Tai Lopez and Grant Cardone ? Baron Cruz recently did an analysis of these two broadcasting together.

Now, about the man dangling by his teeth from the strut of a skimmer over the pit.

Obi-Wan: “the skimmer is meant to be the Force, and the pit represents the dangers that await those who stray from the path.

The travelers-even when they’ve lost their way should know better than to ask questions of a man dangling by his teeth over a treacherous pit. But, more importantly, the travelers were merely distractions that the man should ignore if he is to remain in the Force.” -OWK, Cloak of Deception

I pay attention to situations that are hopeless, slim to no-chance.

      Against the odds.

That has quickly become my niche.

And that is why this is the best blog around.

You won’t find this anywhere else.
