After What the pros (Tony Robbins) do write up I realize I could have added more to it, and I do it now.

WBC (Whole Body Criotherapy) is widely available and is popular with top athletes as well as with Robbins. I’ve done it. Friends of mine have done it, too. We’ll not going to discuss it further.

Now, what about leg compression therapy ? Robbins and Tim Ferriss haven’t discussed that to my knowledge.

The pneumatic air machine has been used for decades by the medical establishment for lymphedema, circulation & swelled legs treatment. However, top athletes have been doing it , too, to speed up recovery.

Options

The gold standard pump machine is the one made by Normatec. That pump system is priced at over $1200, however. Rabid Reboot is also costly-albeit slightly less. (currently $995).

Are there any other options ? I went to Thomas Gerlach’s blog, a professional triathlete, and sure enough, he has options and even makes a comparison for us.

As the next best-priced option, he recommends The Speed Hound Pro Performance Pump , which is $695.

What is that is too much for your budget ?

On runners and cyclists forums, they rate favorably the Air Relax system, which is priced at $437.
