This is the first obituary I post on the blog. Likely the last one, too.

In memory of T. Boone Pickens, wildcatter and amazing businessman, who passed away at age 91. While I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Pickens, he always struck me with his high energy. Pickens made a fortune with Mesa Petroleum but most recently became focused on renewables: wind energy through his Pickens Plan.
