Here at the home of the wise and fine we do not bake very often, but when we do, we look for the best stuff.
Losers and groupthink people eat a lot of sugary treats during the holidays. They get fat. We don’t. I used to add recipes to my posts but haven’t done it in awhile. That is today I dedicate an entire post to some good recipes. We are looking for very low-carb, paleo and in most cases keto-friendly recipes. Ready ? The hunt is on.
NO-BAKE GLUTEN FREE, PALEO & KETO KEY LIME PIE
Gnom-gnom is a website that has a good paleo & keto key lime pie.
Just look at the crust:
CRACKER CRUST
- 192 g almond flour or meal (both work great!)
- 1/4-1/2 cup powdered xylitol or sweetener of choice, to taste
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 56 g melted unsalted grass-fed butter or ghee/coconut oil, as needed
