3. Rest for 2-3 minutes between sets, train 1-2 reps short of complete failure.
4. Eat these foods as often as possible: raw onions, garlic, ginger, oysters, pomegranate and leafy green vegetables.
A lot of men, some as young as 30, do TRT (injections, although it could be done as gel/patches/subcutaneous pellets). There are four types of injectable testosterone: enanthate, cypionate, propionate, and testosterone suspension. Many will recommend TRT and say that it has worked for them. Make sure that you do it under medical supervision if you decide to do it.
There are some who’ve taken it further and do peptides and HGH (IGF-1 LR3 + CJC 1295 + Ipamorelin is one protocol available). I have not done the research on peptides and could not speak for or against it. Physio Logic of New York lists here some of these peptides and their purported benefits.
But live a heathy lifestyle if you can.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Obviously, I can’t reproduce it here, but he’s keen on *meetings* being the core of everything and consciousness, not matter or time, is what defines existence. [I spoke about the non-existence of time already back in 2019]. Karl-Mikhael Syding ends up signing his newsletter with the title “Aspiring Sheng-Jen”. According to the Oxford dictionary, a Sheng Jen is in China, one who hears the way of Heaven (Tʾien) and develops understanding, often translated as ‘sage’. Sheng-jen is therefore the ideal wise person who penetrates the hidden meaning of all things and lives accordingly.”
This year, I brought to your attention the Indian mystic Sadhguru . I hope you’ve read my book review of his latest book weeks earlier, and that contemporary mystic Sadhguru has inspired you.
In the beginning was a field…Syding says. Not the Big Bang. What happens is human mind can only perceive snapshots, beginnings and ends, labels. These are our limitations. Past, future. Snapshots of the human mind.
I see this “field” as emanating from the present. The future is made now…and so is the past. Poor human snapshots of reality the mind of the common folk is unable to grasp. The Universe is marching towards its end as well as towards its “beginning” concurrently, because there is no “beginning” or “end” to begin with.

FROM: [email protected]
DATE: April 16, 2022Dear Applicant,
You got a lot of “yes” votes, so we are delighted to initiate our community-stakeholder interview.
Could you come by Bubble HQ tomorrow and give a thirty-minute ted-style talk to an auditorium of six hundred employees, followed by a Q. & A.? Think of it as one very big interview where everyone can see what you bring to the table!
Your topic is “The Future of U.I.”
P.S. The tone of the talk should be jovial, with some great zingers.

Becoming a member at these clubs might take some time. Zero Bond [a 22,000 square foot private membership club in the heart of Noho] relies heavily on recommendations from current members in adding to its membership roll. Mr. Sartiano declined to say how many members he has but said Zero Bond has about 8,000 members on its waiting list.
NeueHouse earns about 35% of its revenue from membership fees, with the rest coming from brand partnerships, private events and its restaurants and bars, according to Chief Executive Josh Wyatt.

The company, with the help of this lawyer at Wachtel tries to stop Elon, which it argued were more about the drop in Tesla’s shares and its effect on Musk’s wealth than anything else. |
“Musk refuses to honor his obligations to Twitter and its stockholders because the deal he signed no longer serves his personal interests,” the company said in the suit, adding: “Musk apparently believes that he — unlike every other party subject to Delaware contract law — is free to change his mind, trash the company, disrupt its operations, destroy stockholder value, and walk away.” |
Of course, Elon countersued
So, where is all going ? You can’t force food down anyone’s throat. I don’t see Twitter being able to enforce the buyout.
Twitter said in its lawsuit that Musk had appeared to abandon efforts to complete his debt financing. And he disappeared when Twitter’s executives, including Ned Segal, its C.F.O., reached out to discuss the figures about spam accounts that Musk had said he was concerned about. |
Musk also appeared to get rid of executives who were helping him close the deal, such as Bob Swan, a former C.E.O. of Intel, according to the lawsuit. On June 23, Musk told Twitter that he had asked Swan “to depart the deal proceedings, as we are not on the same wavelength.” |
We’ll be watching more of Musk and Twitter, certainly.

Hierarchy is not something you determine, or chose to be included or excluded from. So this “sigma” males are “lone wolves”. That’s just being an introvert, thank you. What they’re trying to say -I hope I got this right- is that sigmas don’t have followers, as opposed to alphas who have a lot of followers and lead them. It is assumed, by default, alpha males lead a lot of people…but that requires charisma and mass influence, doesn’t it ? Some people have it, some people don’t. Picking up a sub-category of alphas-those without followers- and naming it “sigmas” is disingenuous.
An alpha male is just that -whether he is leading anyone or not. Are you lacking followers, aren’t recognized by society or your community, and want to call yourself “sigma” ?
You’re either an alpha(2% or less of males) or a beta (98%). This whole thing “sigma” males is ridiculous. Why do you care about recognition, anyways ? Why do you need an audience to your greatness ? Whether a man has witnesses to his being is immaterial. When you are competing with another males – and we all compete one way or another- and you get noticed or not makes no difference.
Sigmas are the introverts who have no standing or human assets to show off, but still wanna be called “alphas”.
Until next time,
Max Cantor

His dog left droppings on the floor.
Signs instructed visitors not to clean up the trash, particularly outside of Mr. Hsieh’s bedroom. At one point, Mr. Hsieh had told a visitor to teach the world not to produce so much trash, it was better not to trow trash away at all. Showers and sinks ran constantly, unattended; Mr. Hsieh and his entourage were trying to mimic the sounds of waterfalls.
The house couldn’t be cleaned because it was “nature”.

I’ll leave you to read the rest. While Hsieh’s passing is regrettable, it is a stark warning of the world of disjointed, dysfunctional people at the top of economic elites.
